Slovak National Theatre in Bratislava invites applications for the position of

 

The auditions will be held on 7th December 2023

in SND new building on Pribinova 17, 819 01 Bratislava

Application deadline 26th November 2023

Start date 1st January 2024

 

Applicants are kindly requested to submit their applications including:

• Brief professional CV

• A copy of the highest attained degree certificate in Music (minimum degree requirement is conservatory or – in case of schools outside Slovakia, a degree from a secondary school in a given speciality) , or a certificate of current university studies in a given speciality;

• Personal data processing (GDPR) consent. (a permit written in the application mail)

Audition repertoire:

• One of the violin concertos by W. A. Mozart: No 3 in G Major (K 216), No 4 in D Major (K 218), No 5 in A Major (K 219) – 1st movement with Cadenza and 2nd movement

• a piece of free choice (not from the Classical period)

• sight reading

 

If the candidates require a répétiteur provided by the SND free of charge, they are kindly asked to send the request along with the application. Candidates are also welcome to bring their own piano répétiteur at their own expenses. We offer a starting salary from Euro 1,350 + artistic and personal bonuses + 1-week extra vacation.
