The play was written according to facts. We have discovered unknown fears with the war in Ukraine. The production ‘24’ is about us and the values we are willing to defend, the hope we are trying to find. It’s about solidarity and humanity. The production involves confessions of the actors, some written by themselves, their stand-ups and direct addresses to the audience. The fate of the Ukrainian refugees, the attitudes of the Russian side, but above all, our response to what is happening is what makes this production exceptionally relevant. We need to empower each other to recognise that we are not alone in the madness of history. Theatre allows us to feel that way, at least for a little while.
Running time: 1 hour 25 minutes, no interval
