He majored in Industrial Business Management at the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava. After graduating from university, he started working for Kraft Foods, now Mondelez International, a foreign manufacturing company, where he was initially involved in producing and sourcing raw materials for manufacturing facilities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
In 2004, he became the Country Manager of the French industrial and commercial company Manutan, which opened a new branch in Slovakia. His main responsibility was to build up all departments and to launch the sales of the company's business portfolio. In 2007, in Paris, he was named one of the most successful directors in terms of company turnover and revenue across Manutan International's 25-country group.
In 2009 he started to focus on Facility Management, and in 2009, he first joined the Danish multinational ISS Facility Services as Project and Sales Manager and later the German multinational DUSSMANN as Managing Director.
Since 2016, he has been involved as Director of the Project Management Section at the National Centre for Health Information in the national eHealth (eHealth) project under the Ministry of Health. This nationwide project has successfully put into practice healthcare services such as ePrescription and eExamination.
For the last two years, he has been involved in project management in the field of construction, and in September 2023, he took up the position of Director of the Technical and Operational Department at the Slovak National Theatre.
