Ticket refund:

1. You have the opportunity at any time during the season 2024/2025 to come to the box office and exchange them for your desired performance.

 

2. If you prefer to claim redemption by e-mail, send it to us at vstupenky@snd.sk and provide us with the following information:

- scan your tickets / online tickets

- your account number / in the form of IBAN

- Bank sorter

- SWIFT / BIC code (if your bank is outside Slovakia).
