We cordially invite you to attend the first concert by members of the 4th cycle of the SND Opera Studio.

 

The festive Christmas programme features both well-known and lesser-known songs, arias, and ensembles from the Baroque and sacred repertoires.

 

The concert was preceded by master classes with conductor, violinist, and artistic director of Musica Aeterna Peter Zajíček, who is one of the recognised authorities in the field of pre-Romantic and sacred music interpretation. The young singers, under his expert guidance, not only pursued a complex musical analysis and artistic understanding of the selected works, but also discovered new possibilities for their interpretation, each according to his or her own abilities, vocal and personality disposition.
