Juraj Loj

Actor
Juraj Loj was born in Bratislava. He studied acting at the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava. He was a member of the performing ensemble of the DAB in Nitra, Arana Theatre, and in 2020 he played several characters in the theatre production Jánošík by Jakub Nvota. Initially, he was a guest performer at the Drama Theatre of the Slovak National Theatre, and he became a member of its artistic ensemble since March 2024. He has appeared in several successful series and films, and was nominated for the Czech Lion for his role of the assistant in the film Charlatan.

2021 - Igric Award for male actor and portrayal of František in the film The Charlatan, taking into account his performance in the series The Slavs
