Táňa Pauhofová

Actresses
Táňa Pauhofová was born in Bratislava. She graduated in acting from the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava in 2005. During her studies, she guest-starred at the SND Drama Theatre in productions of Katharine, Alice in Wonderland, and Manon Lescaut. She became a member of the SND Drama Theatre in 2007. She has portrayed a lot of diverse characters here.
She has also been a guest in other Slovak theatres - the ASTORKA Korzo Theatre, the Arena Theatre, and the State Theatre Košice. At the age of eleven, she stood in front of the camera in the TV series Škriatok [Elf]; since then, she has starred in many TV films and series in Slovakia and the Czech Republic.

2006 - DOSKY Award for the best actress for the character Manon in the production of V. Nezval: Manon Lescaut and the Literary Fund Award
2007 - Literary Fund Award 2007 for the character of Lujza (Intrigue and Love)
2007 - SHOOTING STAR - Berlin Film Festival Berlinale
2008 - nomination for the Sun in the Net Award for her performance in the films Music and Half Breakdown
2009 - Tatra Banka Foundation Award in the Young Creator Category: Theatre
2010 - Talent of the Year Award, presented annually by the Liberal Society
2013 - Crystal Wing for the role of Emma Bovary in the production of Madame Bovary and for the role of Grushenka in the dramatisation of The Brothers Karamazov on the stage of the Slovak National Theatre
2014 - Literary Fund Award for the character of Emma Bovary in the production of Madame Bovary
2018 - Literary Fund Award for the character of Bettina Clausen in the production of Before Sunset, for the character of Hedda Gabler in the production of Hedda Gabler, with consideration for the character of Lulu in the radio adaptation of Lulu
