A parkour workshop for children aged 5 - 10 is full of movement and playfulness with Dominik Souhrad, a popular parkour artist and acrobat from our opera performances The Devil and Kate. Under his guidance, children will try simple parkour movements and exercises with their own bodies, discover the magic of gravity and learn how to look at the world upside down. In the end, they will have a test of courage, after which they will learn why it is important to be strong, brisk and healthy on stage. We recommend sports clothing and appropriate footwear.
