Zuzana Fialová was born in Bratislava. She completed her studies of acting at the Academy of Performing Arts in 1998, and since that year she has been a member of the ensemble of the SND Drama Theatre. However, she has been a regular guest there since 1992. Her first role in the Slovak National Theatre was Juliet in a production of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, but she continued with a variety of other roles both in the Slovak National Theatre and in other theatres.
She has also performed for audiences in theatres such as Studio L + S, Arena, and P. O. Hviezdoslav Municipal Theatre. She regularly appears in television and film projects in Slovakia and the Czech Republic, where she also performed at the Prague Drama Club in a production of Molière's The Misanthrope. She has received several awards and nominations (including the Alfréd Radok Award) and has directing experience.
