Since August 2024, she has held the position of Interim Economic Director of the Slovak National Theatre, drawing on many years of experience in the field of economic management and administration in cultural and public institutions. She has been involved with the theatre since 2016, when she started working as the head of the financial accounting department, and gradually moved through the functions of deputy economic director until she was appointed head of the economic department.
 
She graduated from the Pedagogical Faculty of Comenius University with a degree in social work with a focus on finance and law. She subsequently extended her education with a series of professional trainings, including training on the Financial Control and Audit Act, sub-limit contracts and public procurement, training on public finance management and a project management course. She has also completed requalification courses in the field of management and marketing in culture and internal audit according to ISO standards. These trainings prepared her to manage the complex financial processes that are crucial in cultural institutions.
 
Before joining the Slovak National Theatre, she worked in positions where she gained extensive experience in economics and management. Between 2010 and 2016 she held the position of Deputy Director General for Economics and Operations at the Slovak Folk Art Collective (SĽUK), where she was responsible for the management of the economic department, the preparation of budgets and budget monitoring, as well as for reporting and evaluation of the organisation's management. As part of this role, she was also involved in the financial management of an international EU project, managing the budget, drafting payment requests and controlling the use of funds. These responsibilities have given her practical experience in European projects and public finance budgeting.
 
As part of her career, she has also worked as a project manager. Between 2008 and 2009, she worked as a project manager at the National Centre of Culture and Further Education, where she ensured the economic management of projects financed from European funds and supervised compliance with contractual conditions.
 
Between 1997 and 2010 she worked at the Arena Theatre as an economist and deputy director, being responsible for economic and financial administration, personnel and payroll, as well as for ensuring the economic and economic operation of the theatre.
 
She gained further experience in organisations such as the House of Foreign Slovaks, where she was in charge of the economic department, and the Foundation called Prebudená Pieseň [Awakened Song], where she managed the accounting and was responsible for the organisational support of the board of directors. She started her career at the Research Institute of Culture, where she gained her first experience in managing administrative and economic agendas.
